Terms & Conditions
These terms governs your use of, and purchases from, the domains slOh.se and their subdomains and will be valid for all your future transactions with slOh and visits to the site. By making a purchase from, or using, the site you have agreed to these terms and conditions and entered into a binding agreement with slOh. Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under 18 you must let your parent or guardian know about our privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services.
Order Processing
Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. All orders will then be dispatched from us within 1-3 working days. In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email.
We use fully tracked shipping methods where you are able to check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification.
In the event that a sold-out item has been purchased or a product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake, slOh reserves the right to cancel the transaction. You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or a full refund.
Taxes & Duties
Within the European Union orders are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Outside the European Union all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Meaning your order duties and import taxes are paid upon delivery, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier.
slOh does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay the fees. If you refuse to pay for customs and the package is returned to us and we can not refund you for the shipping costs.
